Supply Condition
Under this scheme we have started distributing buckets and here is a complete picture of total distribution.
In the light of the above mentioned issue, it is to be informed that the number-09/2017-18 of city council Buxar was released. In the light of the decision taken by the strong standing committee, the following materials are ordered to be supplied as instructed.
- Dustbin 10 ltr. Green: 17,000 sorely which has Rs. 223 rate per issue
- Dustbin 10ltr. Blue: 17,000 sorely which has Rs. 223 rate per issue
Supply Condition is mentioned below:
- In the undersigned office within 30 days after receipt of supply order must be registered whose expenses will not be paid by the office.
- No advance amount will be given.
- The material supplied tender should conform to all the standards and specifications given by you in.
- Company must provide guarantee / warranty on the materials supplied by you.
- Materials will be paid only after checking the quality of the material supplied and after physical verification.
- The undersigned reserves the right to cancel the supply order without assigning any reason.
- Jurisdiction of area in District – Buxar will be in case of any failure.
